I simply wanted my cracked window fixed. All the companies I called for estimates wanted to sell me hurricane windows for my whole house; only the Glassperts respected my request.
The service was incredible. Eddy, the technician, was professional and prompt. The estimate came in at the very low end of what Google said I should expect to pay. When Eddy returned to do the installation, Juan was with him. They worked like a well-oiled machine, quickly and efficiently, and took extra care to ensure a perfect clean-up before they left.
I like to support small and/or local businesses, and I especially appreciated that the Glasspert uniform proudly displays an American flag (as did Eddy’s work boots!). I highly recommend Glassperts and will definitely call them when I do decide to get a hurricane window.

First time customer. I was able to get a next day appointment window. My technician Juan notified me via text his ETA and arrived earlier than expected. He gave me an estimate and was able to take care of my sliding glass doors same day. He was very professional and thorough. Kept the area clean and tidy. Job took about an hour more or less. I had the pleasure of speaking and setting everything up for their free inspection with Mike. He was incredibly helpful and very kind.
I was having trouble finding someone who had my sliding door glass size in stock as it was considered “non-standard” and fortunately, these guys actually had it in stock and fixed my sliding door the same day within in an hour. Eddy and Manny were wonderful, very kind, efficient, and the job was done perfectly. They even made sure to clean all the glass up in order to keep my pets and I safe. Highly recommend!!! You can see in the photos the before and after of our sliding door.

I called Glassperts because my moms sliding glass door shattered out of nowhere. In fact, I called several vendors. We had two sets of custom made impact sliding glass doors with the glass damaged during an attempted burglary. Bill and Alejandro, examined the doors, ordered the proper impact glass, professionally disassembled the doors and reassembled with new glass. Their workmanship was perfect. I had 9 2ftx2ft impact glass units from the manufacturer installed by Glassperts in Naples, Fl. They removed the old impact glass unit and installed the new (not the whole window frame).
Manny's techs did a great job by being on time, working quickly & efficiently, covered interior floors with soft cloth, cleaned up debris & cleaned the windows inside & out. Highly recommended 👌 👍🏻

We had two cracked impact windows that needed replacing. We called Glassperts and 20 minutes later there was someone at our home measuring the windows. They called to update us on availability and installation date. We were very impressed by their response time. The installers were polite, cleaned after themselves and had a great work ethic. The new windows look as if nothing was ever damaged. The owner called us shortly after the job was completed to make sure we were satisfied. We highly recommend The Glassperts.

Excellent service! The company kept me up to date! Called in the morning to fix my cracked sliding glass door and by early afternoon they were in my home fixing it. The cleaned everything and my door has never worked like they fixed. Beyond happy! Highly recommend them.
